There is very little political will to change the system. Barry was absolutely correct, unless Americans (and I mean a lot of Americans) speak up and tell Washington to change, nothing will change. I carried $985.00 worth of equipment out of the store after paying $122.00. They started billing Medicare $282.00 each month and it was reduced to $111.71 with my portion being $33.51 and Medicare $78.20. After 18 months I find out that that the C-pap machine was $282.00 and they had been getting $111.71 each month for 13 months, $78.20 from Medicare and $33.51 from me each month for a total received of $1,452.23. I find this incredible. They say they are just billing by Medicare Guidelines! What do we do about it? All of our presidential candidates are products of political corruption. They are all adept at gaming the system to preserve their own positions of power. There is no knight on a white horse. If we don't unite to achieve some non partisan changes, our democracy is in serious jeopardy. Everyone agrees that our political system is contaminated with the greed and self interest of our political leaders. What do we do about it?
